Our Network Operation Center (NOC) is housed in a reinforced cement block building for added physical security of your servers. The electrical power to the servers is conditioned with a battery backed-up uninterruptable power system (UPS). The UPS can provide power for 30 min and we have a 450 kVA diesel generator to supply power to the servers and air conditioning in case of longer power interruption. The server room is cooled by redundant air conditioning units to maintain ideal operating conditions in the hottest weather even in the event of equipment failure. The facilities and servers are monitored 24/7 to ensure that you online business stays online.

Our primary connection to the internet is an OC3 (155 Mbs) connection, with additional T1 and T3 lines. All packets are routed and switched through Cisco hardware to ensure the delivery of the packets to your server. All of the servers are connected to the router through a switched 10 Mbs ethernet local area network (LAN).
