- How do I know when I have reached my limit of space?
When you get a message that reads "quota exceeded" it could mean that you have reached the maximum file size total that is allowed for your package. If that is the case you may upgrade plans or just add more storage space. Please contact our Sales department to assist you.
It could be that your quota was set incorrectly. If this is the case please contact support with the problem and they will rectify the problem.
