- How do I know my POP3 server and my SMTP server?
The server for incoming mail (sometimes called the POP3 server) is your own domain name. (ex: mail.yourdomain.com)
The server used for outgoing mail (sometimes called the SMTP server) is your ISP'S outgoing server! ((ex: earthlink.net) We do not provide this service as a protection against spammers using us to relay their messages. If you do not know what yours is, contact your local ISP to see what SMTP server you should use if you don't know. If you use AOL and they don't provide one, please contact support and we'll see what we can do.
If you still have questions after reviewing all the appropriate FAQs please do not hesitate to contact our Sales department by filling out our customer service form.
Thank You!
