Please contact support when you intend to do so. How does your money back guarantee work? All of our web hosting plans have a 30 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your account, you will be refunded your full amount of your web site hosting fee excluding any setup fee that was obtained. No refund will be given after the 30th day. Refund request must be made within five calendar days of the 30th day anniversary of this contract. Please contact support for your refund request. Note: This does not include any domain registration fees. May I suspend my account? Yes, you may. Again, contact our support and just let them know you would like your site disabled. Then let us know when you would like it reinstated.
